Aviation Spare Parts Representative

Main Responsibilities:
  • Overall operation of spare parts inventory planning, sales and activities correlated such as but not limited to:
  • To manage sales orders, meet deadlines, dispatch finished orders, dealing with associated paperwork and liaising with company’s internal departments, goods forwarders and customers;
  • Familiar with SAP R/3 operation to ensures adequate understanding of overall business;
  • Ensure work is performed according to company’s standards, policies, procedures, processes, and safe practices;
  • Solve problems effectively timely and efficiently;
  • Strong communication skill with internal and external departments, strong ability of problem solving to assure customer satisfaction;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or similar disciplines;
  • 5 years experience in warehouse/distribution/supply chain environment. Previous aviation industry background and experience is more preferred;
  • Flexible working time schedule;

Warehouse Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • To assure and maintain the service level of Beijing warehouse operation in terms of on-time receiving and shipping according to the KPI defined.
  • To set up and continuously optimize KPI and SOP for warehouse activities.
  • To manage and monitor the performance of third party involved.
  • To develop and maintain good relationship with customer's logistics area through frequent and effective communication, to assure mutual understanding, and customer satisfaction.
  • To work closely with headquarter planning department to continuously optimize inventory level, monitor and control the replenishment of the inventory.
  • To maintain and further develop healthy communication with customs and local authorities.
  • To lead the continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics operations.
  • To assure the successful implementation of special programs to meet customer demands and financial result.

Market Analyst

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing studies and analysis to support major sales campaigns
  • Keep the Sales team acquainted with product basic capabilities and technical revisions and relevant information, and to ensure their updated knowledge of company products.
  • Ensure the correct following up of technical questions that customer raise to the sales team during their campaign visits, and contribute to the quality and adequacy of the final material and final answers to be sent to the customers.
  • Maintains airfield and operational databases, and other statistics for performance/economics studies. Oversees databases, hardware and software equipment making suggestions for improvements and efficiency.
  • Provide economics and operational studies to support market plan cycle and market strategy studies
Requirements:
  • BA degree desirable in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
  • More than 3 years market analysis experience in multinational corporation
  • Good experience with marketing analysis, preparing commercial, technical, economic, and operational studies and evaluations preferable inside airline/aeronautical industry.

Contract Management Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer the daily contract management process and operational workflow for commercial contract
  • Route and obtain all appropriate signatures necessary to approve and execute contract tasks and modifications to those documents
  • Evaluate or monitor contract performance and manage the contract execution process both internally and with external parties
  • Maintain contracts database; create reports needed by management from data contained in database such as deliverable schedule and due dates
  • Maintain the original copies of contractual documents in prime contract legal files, and scan and enter executed contracts into contract database
  • Review and sign off on contract deliverable items
  • Together with head of Contract Administration Department to provide legal advice and identify legal issues for key business projects with professional & industry insight, actively work with customers in achieving their business goal;

Position: Senior Lean Consultant

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the internal P3E project base on the methodology of Lean concept. Drive LEAN implementation, provide trainings, workshop, presentations to spread LEAN knowledge. Continually coaching and promoting LEAN thinking to team and management
  • Work very close with HQ to conduct all action plans and achieve the target of eliminate wastes and increase the efficiency within time frame and budget. Lead the team pass all internal audit process step by step
  • To organize Kaizen projects and be the expertise of monitoring and following up projects
Requirements:
  • BA degree for engineering or manufacturing related, project management is preferable
  • 3-5 years working experience in multinational corporation , hands-on experience in implementing lean is preferable
  • Outstanding capability and skill of communication, good interpersonal skill
  • Good English in written and verbal fluency in Chinese and English

Customs Analyst

Main Responsibilities:
  • Control and supervise Customs agent’s performance on import and export goods declaration, inspection; and paperwork preparation and verification
  • Coordinate with Customs, CIQ to complete declaration process
  • Collect Customs documents timely
  • Assist with Customs cargo inspection either by providing on-site support or managing authorized Customs Agent to pack and seal goods
  • Coordinate with various departments (Customs and CIQ etc.) to solve the problems occurred during import and export
  • Process Emergency AOG import and export business
  • Coordinate with the customers for spare parts declaration
  • Assist Warehouse management and logistics services
  • Establish a good relationship with import & export authorities (Customs, CIQ and other government institutions) to, ensure smooth operation
  • Prepare working reports regularly
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree
  • Familiar with import& export custom process, with Customs Declaration Certificate
  • Inspection Certificate, experienced in aviation spare parts declaration, familiar with with Tianzhu Customs declaration process is a plus
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill

MRO Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out Embraer Authorized Service Center (EASC) development strategy set by company for China market and devote to the accomplishment of achievements and customer overall satisfaction aggregating value toward Embraer’s results
  • Monitor and evaluate EASC candidates’ performance to identify qualified candidates in China market
  • Responsible for authorization process and contract negotiation of EASC
  • Implement EASC agreements with EASC members
  • Periodical audit EASC members, evaluate their performance to define the improvement support plan
  • Monitor and forecast heavy maintenance activities of Chinese fleet
  • Collect and analysis heavy maintenance data of Chinese fleet periodically to forecast heavy maintenance schedule and optimize EMBRAER ware house spare parts inventory
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science, Major in Mechanical, Electrical or Aeronautics Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in the MRO Business
  • Fluent English, writing, reading and speaking is a must
